2023 is a new rental registration year. Registrations are due by April 30th before penalty. January 3rd to April 30th $50.00 each rental unit. May 1st to June 30th $75.00 per rental unit. July 1st $100.00 per unit. The Edwardsville Code Enforcement Officer will conduct Landlord/Tenant inspections. Landlords are required to complete the necessary paperwork in its entirety and return it to the borough.
